Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from KZN Dental Suppliers. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and notify us immediately if you notice any discrepancies, defects, or damages. Pictures will assist us in identifying the cause of damage.
Returns Window
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Conditions for Returns
· Goods must be returned in their original condition (unused, unassembled).
· Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories.
· You must have proof of purchase.
· Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable for orders supplied correctly.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
Please Note the Following Conditions:
· Eligibility: Items may be exchanged for a different product, credit on your account, or a refund.
· Condition of items: Returned items must in their original product packaging. They must have no visible signs of wear or use. All accessories must be included. Please wrap or box the item so that the original packaging is not defaced by courier labels and markings in transit. Items returned in such condition will be considered ‘not in original packaging’.
· Exceptions: Sale or Discounted items, certain consumables and instruments that have been removed from their packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. We also cannot accept returns for items that have approached or passed their expiry date in your possession.
· Proof of purchase: A valid Invoice/proof of purchase is required for all exchanges/returns.
How to Initiate a Return
Submit your request with reasons for return by e-mail to, orders@kzndental.co.za, quotes@kzndental.co.za, or sales@kzndental.co.za. If your return is authorised, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior Return Authorisation will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds and Processing
Once we receive your return and verify the item's condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
· If approved, a refund (less shipping fees) will be processed to your original method of payment.
· Remember that refunds done on card payments can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
